Terms of Service & Purchase Agreement

SmartPR is created and owned by dex27 and Salutlesg. By purchasing any package or service, you agree to the following terms:

• No-Refund Policy: All purchases of digital goods, server packages, and ranks are final. Due to the immediate nature of digital content delivery, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of the administration and do not constitute a legal obligation.

• Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior consultation with our support team is considered a breach of contract. All chargebacks will result in an immediate and permanent network-wide ban across all Plasma Network platforms.

• Waiver of Right of Withdrawal: By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right to withdraw from the transaction expires once the content has been provided.
